    This is a 5-bedroom house located just behind Bath Spa train station in the centre of town. It is currently managed by Roman City whose service of the property is good with previous tenants having had no issues. The bedrooms are cramped, damp and vary only slightly. There are 2 toilets with 2 showers. The kitchen is suitably equipped and big enough for 2 people to cook at any one time. The property has a small garden (big enough for a BBQ). The social space is dated, cramped, and big enough for 3-4 people to sit comfortably at any one time. Tenants had no problem with the neighbours who have been described as neutral. Previous tenants have had major issues with damp and the cold. The closest pub is The Ram (10 min walk) on Widcombe High Street where there is a small Coop. To get up to campus tenants can either walk 36-minutes (uphill) or catch the bus from Rossiter Road (0.3 miles away) from which it’s a 10-minute bus ride up to campus (traffic pending). In summary, this is an average property with its condition and social space letting it down.

    Great location, but the house is very damp and cold during the winter.
