Location was good, near to U2 bus stop towards University of Bath. Good size house, top two rooms are massive but bottom two are small. Kitchen and living room joined together, enough room to manage. Small shower and toilet on bottom floor and larger bathroom on top floor with bath+shower. Rooms on front of house get great sunlight. Rooms on are dark even during daytime. Mould and damp issues present in top rooms. Front top room had woodlouse issues coming through walls around windows/windowsills. Landlord denied that they were coming through walls until covid-19 lockdown where he said he would not fix at the moment as it does not pose a health risk. Often wake up with multiple woodlice on curtains and walls, and they are found crawling along the floor regularly. Walls around windows generally in bad condition, paint cracked and flaking and big gaps. Permanent mould staining on walls in both top rooms. Garden is at an angle so not so easy to sit on/take chairs out onto. Patio outside the door doesn't get much sunlight, but small BBQ is provided and a small shed big enough for 2-3 bikes.
