Previous tenants have had major issues with damp and the property is draughty. The closest pub, The Bath Brew House, is an 8-minute walk away and it’s a 12-minute walk to Moorland Road which has both a Sainsbury’s and a large Co-op. To get up to campus tenants will have to walk 1 minute to the Riverside Road bus stop from which it’s an 11-minute bus ride up to campus on the U3 (traffic pending). In summary, this is an overpriced property considering what it offers and the estate agent's track record.

    We had many issues with mould, one room having a full side covered. Also temperature of one room would always be cold. Issues with showers/toilet. Kitchen can be small for amount of people if all wanting to eat at same time. Living space and rooms are spacious (apart from one room which is half the size). Location is good for uni commute. For the contract is 11 months but then you have to pay half month retainer on top of that.
