Its five bedrooms are modern, spacious and capture plenty of natural light, making them perfect to study in. Off the corridor, there is a large and well-equipped kitchen that leads onto a patio garden big enough to have BBQs and host small gatherings. The cosy and well-furnished living room can easily accommodate all five tenants, ideal for seeing out the winter months.

    It gets better, a TV license, wifi, and the property’s utility bills are all included in the listing price, saving much of the hassle and admin most tenants undergo when moving into a new place. Finally, the property is half price (£275) during the first month of the tenancy (July 2021) which ends on the 30th of June 2022.

    This is a great house, the bedrooms are all a good size and very comfortable. The kitchen is plenty big enough for all 5 of us to be in at once and 3 people can cook at any one time. The lounge area is really comfortable and homely. Other bonuses are wifi and TV license both included. The garden is great when the weather is good (so rarely) with plenty of space to have people around and good outdoor seating. also right on the U3 bus route so only 15 mins to campus once you're on a bus. One small issue is that the hallway gets a bit draughty. Also, one of the bedrooms gets a little damp in the cold weather, while being next door to Travis Perkins means you can be disturbed by machinery. All in all though a great house.
