    This 6-bedroom property is located right next to Oldfield Park train station and a five-minute walk from the Co-op and Moorland road. It is currently on the market through Roman City Lettings who on the whole are very good at communication and responding to tenant's issues. The property has a decent social space with two sofas and a television. A key feature of the house is its two kitchens, one on the ground floor that is slightly larger and one in the basement where there are two bedrooms. The property also has two bathrooms with showers and one with a bath. The room sizes vary substantially with two single beds and four doubles. A small patio garden in the back makes for a good place to have BBQs when the weather is nicer. With its good location and condition, this property is very good value for money however the difference in room size may be a cause for tension.

    I spent a year living in this property and it was great! Roman City (the lettings agent) on the whole were very good and sorted out problems pretty quickly. It has a good social space that is great for hosting pres. Also, the location is pretty good and easy to get to the shops/bus/train etc. We payed £410 a month which was very well priced however I think this has now increased. Despite this I would recommend this property to anyone out there.
