    Description

This is a 4-bedroom house located on the outskirts of Oldfield. It is currently managed by Damien Emright who provided an average service to the previous tenants. The property has 4 bedrooms that vary slightly and all have double beds. There is only 1 bathroom that has a shower but no bath. The property has a dishwasher and a medium-sized garden (big enough for a BBQ). The social space in outdated but comfortable and can fit 3-4 people at one time. Tenants have had no problem with the neighbours who were listed as neutral. There is on-street parking outside the property. Previous occupants have had no issues with damp, pests or security. The closest pub, Trowbridge House is located a few doors down. This property is 0.5 miles from the centre of Oldfield where there is a Sainsbury’s and a large Co-op. To get up to campus tenants will have to walk 15 minutes to the Lorne Road bus stop, from which it’s a 17-minute bus ride up to campus (traffic pending). In summary, this is a good student house but its location lets it down being very far away from Bath University and local amenities.

The house itself was nice - good amount of space good bedrooms and a very nice newly furbished bathroom. All doubles, two of which are big and 2 medium-sized. The biggest negatives to this accomm was its location which was absolutely terrible. Nowhere near anything, up a massive hill. Getting to university was a nightmare, even going to the shop took ages. I purely wouldn't recommend this place based on the location
