    This spacious and light Victorian terraced house is located on a quiet road within walking distance from university bus-stops, a 24hr gym, supermarkets, Victoria Park and Oldfield Park train station. To get to the city centre, you have the choice between a convenient 20-minute walk or speedy 5-minute train journey.

    Within the house, each bedroom is spacious, adequately furnished and has a full-size desk. There is a small homely breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen but no living room. To make tenants’ lives significantly easier, the property has a tumble dryer, dishwasher and one off-road parking space.

    The tenancy length runs from the 1st September 2021 until the 30th of June 2022 so students won’t have to pay over the summer months. Plus the water bill is included in the £495 monthly rent – an additional / bonus saving!

    The house also receives a thorough clean before new tenancies. It is always well presented with repairs and maintenance work completed during the vacant summer months (which means no hiccups when you arrive).

    Our 5-bed student house in Oldfield Park has been up and running for over 12 years now. During that time we've welcomed Bath University students from Europe, Africa and Asia, as well as the UK. The property is managed by ourselves and, living locally, we are able to deal promptly with any issues and are always contactable by phone or email. As the property has to meet the Council's strict HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) licensing regulations, all the gas and electrical safety certification is kept fully up to date, with maintenance and improvements being carried out annually during the vacant summer months to avoid disruption to tenants. Similarly, we are obliged to register deposits through a Government-backed deposit protection scheme. When the academic year is due to commence or graduation has completed we're flexible on personal belongings being dropped off early or left at the house for a modest period of time. All in all we favour the friendly approach over a managerial one!

    I have stayed at this house for two years of my degree, which is testament to how great I find this place. It has a great price compared to all my friends houses, the rooms are spacious, the landlords are honest and helpful and it is in a great location. I see nothing wrong with it besides lacking a living room, but I don't mind as the dining room is great for hanging out nonetheless.
