    Great location but house is damp and outdated. Mattresses are old and worn. Mould has grown in kitchen and bathrooms from the damp. Some have purchased humidifiers as damp is so bad. High price for what is in the house. Landlord only responds to phone calls not email, and have to bother repeatedly to get things done.

    Communication was limited with landlord. No official meeting. Took 2-3 emails and calls for him to respond. Mould and damp took weeks to repair. House was not ready to be moved into at the date we moved it, garden was severely overgrown and some appliances were faulty. Took weeks for this to be fixed. Communication from the landlord was blunt, autonomous and ineffective. Refused to surrender tenancy early even in times of a global pandemic crisis.
