This is a great 2nd year or final year house. It has been well maintained by previous tenants and Roman City Lettings. We really enjoyed living in this house and easily could have stayed for another year. Three of the bedrooms are spacious with small-double beds, however one room only has a single bed and is the typical 'box' room of house - this tenant paid a little less to account for this. The lounge is also spacious and good for hosting, the wooden flooring makes it super easy to clean too. The kitchen has a new fridge/freezer and oven (2019/20) and is also due to have a new hob in the near future. So appliances are as new as can be. You will need to bring your own microwave though as this is not provided! There is ample worktop space for preparing food, and more cupboards than you could possibly ever need. We all love to cook/bake and this kitchen was perfect for that. The upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are both good, downstairs is the most spacious and modern however it did get a little damp in the winter due to having three exterior walls, but the Agents worked with us to prevent this. Upstairs is a little small but the shower is always super warm and powerful. There is a also a really handy utility room at the back of the house with a washing machine and more sockets. We stored things like our bikes, hoover, mini fridge, and recycling bins in here. The garden is super long and requires no effort to maintain. It does back out onto the train tracks so you can hear trains going by. This was not a significant issue to us. Overall this is a solid house and we all enjoyed living here for our final year in Bath.
