    This is a 5-bedroom house located adjacent to Oldfield Park train station. It is currently managed by West of England Residential, an agency that previous tenants have had major issues with. The bedrooms are noisy, outdated, cramped, damp, and are very similar. There are 2 bathrooms both of which have showers but not baths. The kitchen lacks appliances and is big enough for 2 people to cook at any one time. The property has a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, and a small garden. The social space is grotty and large enough for only 1-2 people to sit at any one time. Tenants listed the neighbours as noisy. There is free on-street parking outside the property. In the past, the house has had major issues with damp and minor issues with security. The house is a 4-minute walk to the Velo Lounge on Moorland Road where there is also a Sainsbury’s and a large Co-op. To get up to campus tenants will have to walk 7 minutes to the Lorne Road bus stop, from which it’s a 17-minute bus ride up to campus (traffic pending). In summary, this is a very poorly maintained property that is in a noisy location.
