    This is a 5-bedroom Semi-detached house just off Lower Bristol Road. It is currently managed by DSTJ Property an agency that previous tenants have had no issue with. The bedrooms all have double beds and are comfortable and spacious. There are 3 toilets, 2 showers, and 1 bath. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough for 2 people to cook at any one time.

    The property has a tumble dryer and a small garden (big enough for a BBQ). The social space is cramped with only 3-4 people being able to sit comfortably. Tenants had no problem with the neighbours who have been described as friendly. There is no off-street parking, but you are able to park in Oldfield which is a 5-minute walk.

    Previous tenants have had no issues with damp, security or pests. The closest pub is the Royal Oak (1 min walk!) and the property is a five-minute walk from Lidl. To get up to campus tenants will have to walk 10 minutes to the Lorne road bus stop from which it’s a 15-minute bus ride up to campus (traffic pending).

    In summary, the only two downfalls of this property are the cramped living space and the fact that it is quite far out from Bath Uni campus, other than that it’s a great, well-maintained property.

    This house was great in terms of the bedrooms but the living space was a bit cramped but if you’re the type of people who spend most of your time in your bedroom or out then this place is great!

    Average house for 5 second years. Not a bad location for Oldfield. Moorland road about 5-10 min walk away, similar for Sainsburys Bus stop. Lidl very close. Landlords helpful and gave us free cleaning/ gardening included in the rent. Kitchen and living space are small but the rooms are of decent size has a dining table as well.
