    This is a 6-bedroom house located close to the centre of Bath on Wells Road. It is privately owned by Andrew Cairncross who has in the past provided a great service. The bedrooms all have double beds and are comfy and kept in an average condition. There are 3 toilets 3 showers and 1 bath. The kitchen is outdated but well-equipped and big enough for 2 people to cook at any one time. The property has a dishwasher, tumble drier and a medium-sized patio garden (big enough for a BBQ). The social space, whilst being outdated is cosy and large enough for 5 or more people being able to sit comfortably at one time. Tenants had no problem with the neighbours who are mainly students. There is on-street parking on the busy road outside the property, but you will need to purchase a permit from the council. Previous tenants have had minor issues with damp, the cold and big issues with the utilities. The closest pub, The Cork, is only a short walk away and it’s a 10-minute walk into town. Moreover, the property is very close to Bath Spa train station. To get up to campus tenants will have to walk 2 minutes to Oak Street bus stop from which it’s a 13-minute bus ride up to campus (traffic pending). In summary, this property is in an average condition but great for students wanting a less expensive house that is in a central location.
