    Description

This cosy four-bedroom top floor flat is located on St James Square, a five-minute walk from both a small Coop and the Royal Crescent. To get to the University of Bath it takes 40 minutes to walk or the number 20 bus leaves just outside. The flat is both well-furnished and comfortable with four double beds, a dishwasher and even a small garden that is shared with the other residents in the block. The bedrooms are both modern and comfy and have only small differences. The kitchen is well-equipped but small in size. Furthermore, the property’s landlord has a great reputation and is listed as going above and beyond. In summary, a small but great townhouse with a landlord to match.

This flat is perfect for a group of people who don't mind getting on top of each other. Its small and cosy but also so homely and comfortable that you never really notice how cosy it really is. The kitchen is pretty small but 3 or more people can cook together, and there is enough storage for all your pots, pans and food! Only slight issue is the fire alarms that go off regularly due to being heat activated, however only a small price to pay and only annoying if it goes off early in the morning! The bedrooms vary in size, with one being giant and the others being similar sizes. All are double beds, with 3 being 3/4s and 1 being a full double. Each room comes with lots of storage as well as a desk however 2 out of the 3 rooms are definitely too small to sit at the desk and work at. The bathrooms are good sizes, and easy to keep clean with lots of storage. The sitting room is also a good size, with a dining table, chairs, 2 sofas and also a TV provided. It can be quite dark in this room, and throughout the flat, due to the nature of it being an attic flat. The garden is shared with the other flats in the building, 3 out of 5 are lived in by students. There are places for bikes, as well as a long table with chairs to sit out on. This flat is perfect for us (a group of 4 final year girls), with it being small enough to manage as well as being cosy! Very useful being on the top as we don't get as cold as the other flats in the block. The only annoying thing about the place is the number of steps to walk up and down each day. However you get used to it, and by the time you've reached the top of the hill it's not that much further. Ideal location for getting into town, and it only takes 40 mins max to walk up to uni or there is the number 20 bus that leaves from just outside and takes you all the way up to uni. I would definitely recommend living here - has been great!

This flat has been perfect for us this year. The landlord is always helpful and quick to reply to any issues we have had. The location is pretty good for Bath - 10 minute walk into town and 40 minute walk to campus or 15 minutes to the nearest bus stop. Although one room is considerably bigger than the others, the other three are a fair size for a flat and the living / dining room is a good size for hosting (there is also a big TV) - but the kitchen could be bigger!
