    Very attentive and responsive landlord, compensated us at the start of the year for some building work he hadn't finished before we had all moved in, brought us all fan heaters when our boiler broke, easy to contact. Arranges for a 3rd party to carry out inspections before and after tenancy to ensure charges to deposit handled fairly which is good, also arranges cleaners to do the communal areas every 2 weeks. Found on SU lettings website, arranging a viewing tricky due to high demand but worth it. Rooms are a nice size, all comfy double beds, all have closet wardrobes, a desk, desk chair and a chest of drawers. Good bathrooms and lots of storage space. In terms of social spaces, being spread over so many floors (4) isn't that sociable, and the kitchen and living room being separate and separated by fire doors also limits that. Good patio/garden area. Neighbours on both sides students, same landlord owns no. 5, so haven't had any noise complaints. Useful having a direct entrance to the basement (with kitchen, cellars, living room) as well as main entrance. 2 parking spaces, space for bikes, close to lots of bus stops and really close to uni and the triangle which is ideal.
