Not a bad house to live in but not amazing, probably 3/5. It's in a pretty good location, close to the shops on Gloucester rd. but it is far from uni. The landlord was a really nice guy who let us use his paint to repaint over some damage, however Flatline (unsurprsingly) are useless. We ended up going around flatline and just asking the landlord directly if we needed repairs done in the end. I think that the house is a bit cramped for 9, should really be a 7 person but two of the largest rooms were divided in two, which meant there were two very small rooms, although they still had double beds which is a plus. Single glazing in half of the rooms meant the house was basically always cold in winter. However, there was a dedicated lounge which was a great place to chill, and a decent garden. The kitchen was a bit cramped but had plenty of cooking facilities. Got the full deposit back after using a professional cleaner.
