We've lived out house. Its really lovely location and though there isnt a garden, the park is really close by (St Andrews park) there is also the city garden and farm close by. It's between 20 and 30 minute walk from uni and about 35mins to the SU. Is on a main road so the front bedroom can be a little bit loud at night. The place can get cold but the heating is good and not too expensive. It's recently been done up and the kitchen is very well layed out and has lots of space. The properties doesn't come with appliances like microwave, kettle or toaster but had a washing machine and beds, desks and storage space in each room. Rooms are all spacious and damp free. Would definately rate this a place you want to live!
