    Location is great. Off the main road so not very noisy and two minutes from the SU one way and five from Clifton village the other. Landlord responds relatively quickly to issues and has replaced several faulty appliances promptly. Two very large rooms which open onto a balcony suitable for 3-4 people to sit/stand. Very nice on summer afternoons because shaded. Other two rooms are smaller and one gets especially cold in winter, with minor mould issues. Heating costs are relatively low though. Living space has a sofa and an armchair but is more of a large corridor than anything else and the landlords refuse to remove an old fridge from it, making an already cramped space worse. The fridge sich may change. Kitchen is a reasonable size, with a table that 4 can sit around. Bathroom has mould issues and is grotty in places.
